PayClock Mobile is a free Android application developed by Lathem Time Corporation under the Business and Productivity category. The app is part of the PayClock Online Time and Attendance System, which allows companies to track their employees' worked hours remotely. The mobile app enables employees to clock in and out easily with just one touch. It also provides GPS tracking of transaction locations, transfer of departments with department-level validation per employee, and viewing of total hours worked by pay code in the current and prior pay periods.
The app allows employees to view their punches for today and any day previously worked, as well as their up-to-date benefit time balances. It operates continuously even when offline. Supervisors can view their employees' punches, total hours, and benefit time balances. PayClock Online Administrators can easily control what parts of the app they would like their employees to have access to. The app requires a PayClock Online account, with mobile access enabled for each employee. Employees must have a validated email address and password.
